I had a question about my order and was kind of sitting there thinking, okay, what am I supposed to do now? I sent a message to support, not really expecting a super fast reply, but they got back to me quickly, which took a bit of stress off my shoulders.

Everything worked out fine in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. I just figured that after filling everything out, it would move a little quicker. The speed was average, and I had to wait longer than I expected. It’s not a bad service, and I did get what I needed, but if you’re expecting something super fast, it’s probably fair to keep your expectations realistic.

My script did come through in the end, but it took a bit longer than I thought it would, so I found myself checking my email a few times. Overall, it worked fine and I felt relieved once it was sorted, but I would’ve felt a lot more comfortable with quicker timing and clearer updates.

Overall, it was a good visit. The doctor was friendly and professional, and I felt like they actually took the time to explain what was going on without making it confusing. I didn’t feel rushed, which I really appreciated. The only downside was that I had to wait longer than I expected, so that was a little frustrating. Other than that, everything went fine.
